The ancient remedy of Common Law entitles landowners to remove trespassers “using no more force than what is reasonably necessary” and provides a quicker alternative to obtaining a court order. Although it is possible to remove trespassers yourself, it is generally safer to get the assistance of a Certified Enforcement Agent to conduct the eviction.
